I signed up thinking the monthly price was straightforward, but then my bill showed extra fees and different amounts I wasn’t expecting. Maybe the details were on the website somewhere, but if they were, they definitely weren’t easy to find. I ended up having to contact support just to figure out what I was actually paying for, which was really annoying

"Got my SIM replaced, but the process was confusing"
I went to a Smart store to get my SIM replaced, and it wasn’t as smooth as I expected. The line was long, then the staff asked me for a few requirements that I didn’t really see clearly explained online?? I did get the new SIM in the end, but I had to wait almost half a day for something that felt like it should’ve been simple. Hopefully Smart can make the steps and requirements clearer next time

"Login issues and getting transferred around is frustrating"
I use smart.com to check my account and promos, and it’s helpful when it actually works. But the login is so unreliable for me. One time it loads fine, then the next time it just shows an error or sends me right back to the login page. The OTP can also take forever to arrive, and by then I usually just give up. What makes it more annoying is when I try to get help and I keep getting transferred around instead of getting a straight answer. It’s a useful site, but logging in really shouldn’t be this much of a hassle. Hope they fix it soon.

I got charged extra again, i’m so frustrated I could scream. I reached out to support hoping they’d clear things up, but somehow I ended up even more confused than before. It felt like I was going in circles forever, and now I’m just annoyed and exhausted

I’ve been using Smart for a while now, but the signal has just been really bad lately. My calls keep cutting off, and my data will go from 5G to no service even when I’m just standing in the same spot. It’s super annoying, especially when I need it for work or maps. it’s just not worth the stress anymore.

"Payment Deducted but Still Marked Unpaid"
I paid my Smart bill through the site, and the money was deducted right away, so I assumed it would update like it usually does. But my account still shows as unpaid. Support keeps telling me to just wait, which makes me think this is probably one of those system delay issues they already know about, but it’s been days now. it’s been really stressful and such a hassle.

"5G barely works even though the map says it should"
I signed up for Smart thinking I’d get better 5G, but it literally stays on LTE most of the time. Their coverage map says my area has 5G, but inside the house the signal is either super weak or completely gone. I tried restarting my phone, swapping the SIM, and even testing it outside, but it’s still the same. Support hasn’t been much help either, just the usual basic replies with no real fix. If you need reliable 5G every day, I wouldn’t say it’s worth it

The app keeps lagging on me, and the menus are confusing to get around. What makes it more frustrating is that it’s not really clear who owns what or who to contact when something doesn’t work. It feels like the whole experience could be a lot smoother.

"Okay service, but the contract is a headache"
At first I was like, yeah, the service is fine, nothing amazing but it does the job. Then I tried looking into canceling and wow, my mood changed fast. The contract lock-in feels way too strict, and it seems like getting out of it without extra charges is harder than it should be

I use Smart mobile data almost every day, and the signal in my area is generally okay. My issue is more with the data allowance because it gets confusing. Sometimes the app shows I still have enough MB left, but after just doing light browsing, it suddenly disappears. I don’t even stream much, so it doesn’t feel accurate. It’s also frustrating when the terms or promos seem to change, because it makes it harder to know what I’m actually getting. Customer support only gave me basic replies too. It’s not the worst service, but I really hope they fix the data tracking because budgeting load becomes annoying.

"Smart SIM Registration Was More Frustrating Than It Should Be"
I tried activating and registering my Smart SIM through smart.com.ph, it wasn’t as smooth as I expected. The page kept loading really slow, and sometimes the code arrived late, so I had to try a few times before it finally worked. The instructions are there, but some parts still felt confusing like… make it make sense. I got it done in the end, but it was definitely annoying. Hopefully they make the process easier next time.

"I had a really bad experience…"
I had a really bad experience with Smart’s refund process. I kept being told to wait, then follow up, then wait again. Every agent seemed to give a different answer, and no one could clearly tell me when I’d actually get my money back. It was tiring, really tiring, especially for something as simple as a refund request. I don’t think I’ll be using smart.com again if this is how they handle problems

"Frustrating speeds and lag lately"
I’ve been having a rough time with Smart internet recently. Even when the signal shows full bars, pages still load slowly and my games keep getting high ping. Video calls also freeze a lot, especially at night, which gets really frustrating when I need a stable connection. I’ve restarted the router several times, but nothing really changes. I understand that internet can have issues sometimes, but if we’re paying every month, it feels only fair to expect a connection that’s reliable enough for basic use. I really hope they work on improving the network soon

"Calls Drop Way Too Often"
The calls just keep dropping often, and it’s, like, really frustrating. I’ll be in the middle of talking to someone and then, you know, the call just cuts out for no clear reason. It’s happened enough times now that it’s kind of hard to ignore.
